The Black Crowes at the Boston Opera House
Lucked out and scored a fourth row/center ticket to the Black Crowes just before the concert started! Chris Robinson was directly in front of me.
Rich Robinson on guitar, cool peace flag on the keyboard
Chris and Rich Robinson, both sporting guitars
Chris the mad wolfman!
Chris, along with the new bass player and second guitarist
My favorite shot. Chris really looks like a black crow.
Chris says, "Thanks a lot, we'll see ya when we see ya." Great show!
Nasdi party
Cool stage area!
Jilliana and Chris get on the mic
Now that's a handshake, Mike!
Natalie, Chris and another guy take the mic
John Brewers Tavern
Rockin' out at John Brewers Tavern in Waltham
Steve Aiello joined me on drums. Great guy.
Mike, Kathy and Junior
Mike and Kathy came to visit me with their newborn, Mike Jr.
What a happy kid!
I guess this is what it would look like if I had a kid of my own. Somehow, I picture a kid of mine having more hair, ha ha ha.
Bay State Marathon
At the starting line, just before I begin running 26.2 miles in the Bay State Marathon
Just after I finished the race. I ran it in 3 hours and 26 minutes, which was fast enough to qualify me for the Boston Marathon, yeah man!
Enjoying a Victory Beer (thanks to my friend, Linda, who smuggled it in)!
Early in the race I was running behind this guy, Willy Nevrequitt. I said, no way, he won't quit and neither will I!
After I got cleaned up a bit and put on my new Bay State Marathon t-shirt and medal
Posing next to the 26th mile marker
Foliage
Williamsburg tree
Colorful trees lined my route up to New Hampshire
Crossing over a tree-lined river
Sweet
Sun setting over a lake. Look close and you'll see Venus.
Misc.
This actually makes sense to somebody.
Cool church in Eastie
South Street Diner after the bars closed
Okay, that's all for now!
